Yum. Ribstone Creek Brewery is a craft brewery located in the tiny town of Edgerton, Alberta. They've given loads of creative freedom, and it has been quite fun. From developing their corporate style for tradeshows and marketing, to creating a unique illustrative style for each brew… It doesn't get much better than working with a brewery!
Riverbend Gardens is a family-run vegetable farm within the Edmonton city limits. In 2010 our relationship started with a very simple static website.
In 2012 We decided to introduce a CSA business model into the farm. This has blown up into a full-fledged pre-ordering application with a complex membership and order fulfillment system.
We now enjoy playing a big role in the Riverbend Gardens team, taking care of all design, development and communications for the farm.

In the fall of 2013 Denise and Peter of the award winning band 100 mile house, came to us looking for photography and design for their upcoming album wait with me.
We absolutely love their music, and were so happy to chase the autumn sunrises and sunsets with them. We landed on a style for their newest release that perfectly encapsulated their music while smoothly fitting in with their existing discography.
In spring 2014, we were honoured to be nominated for a WCMA award for best album design.

Located in Belleville, Ontario, Pasta Tavola is a small artisan pasta shop run by sisters Victoria and Paula Watts.

The 2013 interPLAY Festival took a colourful and textured turn, with lots of room to highlight artist photos and plenty of fun little illustrations scattered throughout.
Due to the short lifespan of the event, the website is no longer available online.
A 12' x 4.5' mural celebrating the history of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
This piece is installed in the elevator foyer of the 7th floor in the Jubilee Building in Fort McMurray, outside of the Mayor's Office.
A combination of archival photos and illustration blend together various highlights and defining features of the region.
Someday I'll get a decent picture of this installation! Due to it being backlit in a dim foyer, the current photos here are fairly... terrible.

Elements of the Boulter family crest were used as nod to Mark's heritage, while keeping the brand open and versatile.

This 2 week event involves a unique brand and look and feel each year, plenty of promotional materials, a 30-40 page event booklet, site maps and more.
There has been an incredible amount of materials created for these events. We're currently in the process of properly photographing these pieces... stay tuned!
A two day fall festival in Fort McMurray. This project required a look and feel, new logo and various promotional items.
In an effort to raise money for the Great Strides organization for Cystic Fibrosis research, I offered digital portraits to those who donated. The amount of time and type of requests I would honour was based on the amount they donated.
Within one day 24 portraits were commissioned and I had to put a cap on the project. I'm still working through the list!

The first print was a simple black and white line-only version printed as a donation for the Spero Gala fundraiser. The second print is much larger at 60" x 40", and is currently looking for a home!
